AXR Standard™ is a service operated by Atomicity LLC (“AXR Standard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an Oklahoma limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
AXR Standard provides after-hours call answering and review-request services to independent local service businesses. We handle information on behalf of those businesses, who are our clients.
Information we collect
- Caller information. When you call a business that uses AXR Standard, we may collect your name, phone number, service address, and the details you provide about your request.
- Message content. Text messages or emails you exchange with a business through our service.
- Call records. Time, date, and duration of calls, and a written summary or transcript of the call. We do not sell or publish these records.
- Website information. If you contact us or book a call through this website, we collect what you submit — such as your name, email address, phone number, and business name.
How we use information
- To return your call or message on behalf of the business you contacted.
- To capture and pass along service or callback requests to that business.
- To send a review request after a completed job, on behalf of that business.
- To deliver summaries of calls and messages to the business.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
SMS and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
When you call a business powered by AXR Standard and provide your phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to your call, service request, or callback, and a request for a review after a completed job. Reviews
We send review requests on behalf of the business that served you. We ask every customer whose job is complete — we do not screen requests based on how satisfied we think you are, and we never offer payment, discounts, or anything else of value in exchange for a review. Only you can write and publish a review, from your own account, and you are free to write whatever you want or nothing at all.
How we share information
We share your information only as follows:
- With the business you contacted. This is the purpose of the service.
- With service providers who help us operate the service, such as our telephony, messaging, and software platform vendors. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Call recording
Calls answered by our automated assistant may be recorded or transcribed so the business has an accurate record of your request. The assistant identifies itself as automated and provides a recording notice at the start of the call. If you would prefer not to be recorded, you can hang up and contact the business during business hours.
Data retention
We retain caller and message information for as long as needed to provide the service to the business and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, after which we delete it or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.
- Access, correction, or deletion. Contact us at harley@axrstandard.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. If your information was collected on behalf of a business, we may direct your request to that business.
Not an emergency service
AXR Standard is a reception and message-taking service. It does not provide professional advice, diagnosis, assessment, or emergency response. If you have an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service directly.
Children's privacy
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date above when we do.
