SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern text messages sent by Atomicity LLC d/b/a AXR Standard™ on behalf of the local service businesses that use our service.
Program description
AXR Standard sends transactional text messages on behalf of a business you contacted. There are two kinds:
- Service messages. A confirmation or follow-up about a call you placed to the business — for example, acknowledging your request and confirming when someone will call you back.
- Review requests. After your job is complete, one message asking whether you would leave a Google review, with a link. One reminder may follow if you don't respond. Then we stop.
We do not send marketing, promotional, or sales messages through this program.
How you opt in
When you call a business powered by AXR Standard and provide your mobile number, you are consenting to receive text messages from that business through AXR Standard about your request and, after a completed job, a request for a review. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not buy, rent, or import phone number lists. The only way you enter this program is by contacting a business yourself and giving them your number.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time and you will receive no further texts from that business through AXR Standard. You will get one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Opting out of texts does not stop the business from returning your call by phone.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with the business. A typical service call results in one to three messages total. A completed job results in one review request and at most one reminder.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent to and from your device. AXR Standard does not charge you for these messages.
Sending hours
Non-urgent messages, including all review requests, are sent only between 08:00 and 21:00 in your local time. Messages directly responding to a call you just placed may be sent at the time of the call, including after hours, because that is the response you asked for.
Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
Reviews
We ask every customer whose job is complete. We do not screen who gets asked based on expected sentiment, and we never offer payment, discounts, or anything else of value in exchange for a review. Whether you write one, and what it says, is entirely up to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date above when we do.
